The existing property from the 80s was revitalized. Eight months passed between the purchase of the object and the reopening. In between lay the complete gutting of the building as well as the leasing of the new sales area. In addition, a new marketing concept for the building was developed. Extensive revitalization measures made it possible to turn the vacant inner-city property into a popular shopping and leisure venue.
