Ansorg is developing a student residence with 232 micro apartments in Berlin’s trendy Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district. The buyer of the project structured in the forward sale is the open special AIF “CR Institutional Smart Living Funds” launched by Commerz Real in 2016.

The building closes a long-standing vacant land plot in the popular district and will have a gross floor area of over 8,000 m² with its seven floors. The U-shaped building designed by the architects SHSP will have a high-quality exterior facade and offer its residents a highly attractive interior design.
