The project “Townhouses Bebelallee” was built on one of the exclusive plots on the Hamburg Alster canals (Skagarak canal). 8 exclusive townhouses were created and divided into four buildings, which are connected in the basement by means of an underground car park. The four street-sided buildings have 2 upper floors plus a staggered floor. By using the natural terrain to the Skagarak Canal, the 4 residential units to the water side have another top floor.
